The fine print...

This warranty only applies to defects. It does not cover
damage caused by improper use of the product. Eyewear
Pink sunglasses are not warranted against scratched lenses. All our lenses
are made of impact absorbing material and made of scratch resistant (not scratch-proof) material. Do not return items if they have been run over, sat on, or otherwise crushed. If you have any questions please contact us using the form on the link to the left.
